Ardency Solutions LLP ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to offering a customer-friendly experience. While we understand the need for flexibility, this Cancellation and Refund outlines the terms for handling cancellations and refunds for our services and products.
Orders can be cancelled at any time, especially if there are changes in material costs or challenges during the manufacturing process. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants or if shipping has already been initiated.
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order, subject to the above conditions.
Ardency Solutions LLP does not accept cancellations for certain products like perishable goods, customized items, or services that have already been rendered.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
If the product received is damaged or defective, you must report it to our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. The merchant will verify the issue before processing the refund.
If the product does not match the description or your expectations, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
If the product is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, please reach out to the manufacturer for assistance.
Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Certain products, such as perishable goods and customized items, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order is processed.
